August 2002 Rules of the Game Music Conference @ Hyatt Regency – Milwaukee, WI
Rules of the Game (ROTG) was a music conference that offered people interested in learning about or breaking into the music industry various seminars. Many companies collaborated with local industry gurus to form a planning committee for the 1st Milwaukee ROTG Music Conference because of the need to educate and discover all the untouched talent in the Milwaukee area. This 2-day event consisted of a pre-VIP reception for the invited industry panelists (Universal, Jive, Def Jam, Sony records, Bad Boy, etc…) and the ROTG committee. The next day started with a breakfast for the panelists to introduce the ROTG committee as well as review the music conference itinerary. Some of the seminars were poetry/spoken word, starting /running your own record label, marketing/promoting a product, children in the industry, demo listening, etc… Milwaukee MCA recording group Jersey Ave was the luncheon entertainment and the conference came to an end the second day with an after-party.

December 2002 Dasha Kelly’s “All Fall Down” Book Release @ Lava Lounge - Milwaukee, WI AAI planned an intimate after work event for Milwaukee native poet and short story author to release and sign her debut novel All Fall Down. Icebreakers and raffles commenced throughout the event. Kelly spoke on her inspirations, experience, and the book content, read passages from the book, and answered any questions. September 2003 The Sam Cassell & Cletidus Hunt Celebrity Fresh Friday @ Scottish Rite Hall - Milwaukee, WI AAI collaborated with We R One to throw this party that served as a going away party for Milwaukee Bucks' Sam Cassell and a welcoming party for Milwaukee Bucks’ Damon Jones and T.J. Ford. The event was hosted by top hip-hop/R&B radio personality Reggie “Smooth Az Butta” Brown and music was by Doc B of B-Boy productions. Special guests were Minnesota Timberwolves’ Sam Cassell and Latrell Sprewell, Milwaukee Bucks’ Damon Jones and T.J. Ford, and Green Bay Packers’ Cletidus Hunt and Rod Walker. What was meant to be a small intimate party at a small Chicago venue became one of the largest parties in Chicago! When the Miami Heat and Rocafella's Cameron showed up it seemed as if all of Chicago was trying to get in. The DJ played all of the best east coast hip hop and the waitresses kept the drinks flowing. Above Average collaborated with Ja'Stacy Restaurant and Frenchie Beckum in planning this weekend. This weekend was a combination of 2 parties - "Late Night Pool Party" & "Strawberries & Champagne White Linen Affair". We kicked off the first night with a pool full of bikinis and six packs! The ladies were out showing off their favorite bikinis and the fellas were definitely flexing. We had the 3 Envy Liqueur girls in the house giving out free Envy martini samples. Ja'Stacy Soul Food Restaurant was at the grill making sure everyone was full off BBQ and Love's Liquor kept the liquor flowing. V100's Reggie "Smooth Az Butta" Brown hosted the event and kept the party jumping. Towards the end of the night we gave away a T-Mobile sidekick and kicked off our Bikini & Best Chest contest. Our judges for the bikini contest were Bill Hall of the Milwaukee Brewers, Arturo "Scoop" McDowell formerly of the San Francisco Giants, Antraun Turner of Midtown T-Mobile, and V100's Reggie "Smooth Az Butta" Brown. Our judges for the best chest contest were the 3 Envy girls, Khadeejah Hasan of Ja'Stacy Restaurant, and Valerie. Congratulations to the winners won cash and a Ja'Stacy gift certificate! The next evening it was time for everyone to get grown & sexy in their best white attire. This party was unbelievable! Imagine an entire club of hundreds of people wearing all white. Envy girls serving Envy shots and chocolate covered strawberries all night! Not to mention the 3 foot Green Envy Bottle Ice Sculpture! We had Reggie "Smooth Az Butta" Brown back hosting along with Chicago's DJ Dolla Bill on the turntables. Together they kept the party jumpin and made it real difficult for someone to pull themselves of the dance floor. We gave another T-Mobile sidekick away and 2 Ja'Stacy gift certificates as well as 15 sets of tickets to the Musiq concert. " I had a great time this weekend! A
talent and fashion show that served as a Cancer Benefit in honor of a MATC
employee, Donna Robinson that passed away from cancer. AAI served on the
planning committee as a judge for selecting the finalists at the talent
auditions. AAI was in control of the entire fashion segment of the show.
The responsibilities included: holding model auditions, selecting music,
creating and teaching show routine at rehearsals to chosen models, selecting and
fitting of wardrobe, and being present behind scenes prior to and through
duration of the show. AAI also booked the host for the evening (Comedian
Damon Williams) and made all traveling and hotel accommodations for
entertainment and family of honoree.
This party was a part II to one of the
hottest parties Milwaukee has ever seen. The Miami Heat returned and boy
was this party HOT!! The party was packed in 3 hours and the line ran around the
corner. Dwyane and Rafer were there enjoying the two floors of hip hop music and
complimentary chicken wings from Ja'Stacys Soul Food restaurant. It was truly a
great time! Can't wait to see the Heat next season, we're only going to continue
to raise the temperature!
This party was
unbelievable! Hosted by Milwaukee Bucks' Damon Jones who kept the crowd on the
dance floor. The last party of the season before the Milwaukee Bucks went into
the play-offs. There was a lot of celebrating and the players all came out to
have a good time. Some of the players that were present were Eric Strickland, TJ
Ford, and Damon Jones. Envy Liqueur was in the house with drink specials all

Fashion Show before the clothes the stores all in one of Milwaukee's flyest
clubs and you have the biggest Thanksgiving Party Milwaukee has ever
experienced! Biz kept the party poppin' and the dance floor was packed while
Milwaukee's top models graced the stage showcasing the upcoming fashions from
the Russell Simmons Group. 
As usual, Rafer Alston came to town and did
it real big! He popped bottles of Moet and bought shots of Patrone for the
entire club.....while V100.7's Reggie "Smooth Az Butta" Brown blessed the mic
and turntables and kept the party hot! Rafer's Houston Rocket's teammates Luther
Head and John Lucas came and got a taste of what Milwaukee partying is all
about, while Rafer made time for all the ladies. There was more than enough of
him to go around!

Average Inc to collaborate in planning this phenomenal event....The Sheryl
Underwood Valentine’s Day Comedy Roast was a huge success! All of the comedians
stopped my V100.7 and clowned on the radio and then made their way to Playmakers
to meet n’ greet their fans. The comedy show featuring D-Rock, Domonique,
Michael Blackson, Lil’ DuVall, Shawty Shawty and Jay Lamont was hilarious and
the crowd was on their feet yelling for more! The evening was topped off by the
after party where everyone (especially the couples) came out suited and
booted…the people were gorgeous and the music was pumpin’…..we had a blast!
This event was
for all the sistah’s that needed a break! Many women asked me “Who qualifies as
a sistah? Is it a certain race, age, attitude?” Well let me make it clear….A "sistah"
is any professional woman that is taking care of her business. So if you fit
that category, you should have been at Sistah Girl’s Night Out. Special thanks
to Club Questions for opening your doors to over 150 professional women to enjoy
a pamper party offering wine service, music and networking. Manicures,

Dress code was Red Carpet and boy did the celebrities come out! If you
didn’t come out in your best you were put on the spot on the red carpet
interview and if you came dressed in your best you joined Avant in VIP…just that
simple. An 8 tier birthday cake lit with sparklers was brought out while “Making
the Band 3” R&B Sensation Le’Che Martin sang a soulful Happy Birthday to Avant!
Avant took pictures with all of his fans in between poppin' bottles of Moet…it
was a party that you didn’t want to miss! Very special thanks to Avant,

ceiling of balloons, ice sculpture of Ace of Spades Champagne,
candles......Above Ave Angels as hostesses in sexy tuxedos......damn we did it
BIG...not to mention the celebrity guest Too $hort who did a special
performance!
The birthday
men came out so fresh and so clean....the Above Ave Angels were the life of the
party, and the Green Bay Packer's were definitely in the building!!!!! This was
an exclusive event..only the who's who were invited....Happy Birthday Fellas!
I had to end the year with something
BIG and HOT...so who's HOTTER than Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade! This was Above
Average's appreciation holiday party...no cover...FREE! The Above Ave Angels
were in the building making it so sexy....DJ L-Boogie kept the dance floor
poppin'......The Miami Heat were in the building deep and so were the Milwaukee
Bucks and Marquette's Hoop Squad! The Ballers were representin' heavy! This was
the SEXIEST party of the year! Damn how am I gonna top this in '07.....just
wait!
